Quick answer: The main official Zoho sign-in page is accounts.zoho.com. If your account is in another region, you may need a different address, such as accounts.zoho.eu or accounts.zoho.in. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot Password” on the official page. If you can’t recover your account, contact Zoho.

Not sure which one is yours? Zoho says to look at the address bar when you’re signed in. Zoho normally picks your region when you sign up. If your account can’t be found, try the address for your region.

I forgot my Zoho password
- Go to the official sign-in page for your region.
- Enter your email address.
- Choose the forgot password option.
- Follow the steps using your recovery email or mobile number.
- Enter your two-step code if you’ve set one up.
Zoho says you need access to your recovery email or mobile number. Without them, contact Zoho’s account support. If you use Zoho at work, ask your administrator, who can reset your password.

I lost my phone or two-step codes
If you saved Zoho’s backup verification codes, follow these steps from Zoho’s help pages:
- Enter your username and password.
- Click Sign in another way.
- Click Can’t access your device?
- Click Use backup verification code.
No backup codes? Personal account users can email support@zohoaccounts.com, and Zoho will check your identity. Work users should contact their administrator. After you’re back in, set up two-step sign-in again and save new backup codes.
Using OneAuth? Zoho warns that deleting the OneAuth app without first turning off two-step sign-in can lock you out. Check your backup options before you change phones.

Is Zoho down?
Open status.zoho.com to see Zoho’s service status. If a service is down, wait for Zoho to fix it. Trying again and again won’t help.
How to spot a fake Zoho login page
Zoho’s name is often used in scams. Security sites have reported fake “Zoho Workspace password expired” emails that lead to copied sign-in pages, and a Zoho community post warns about fake document-signing emails sent to Zoho Sign users.
- Type the address yourself. Don’t follow a sign-in link in an unexpected email.
- Check the address. Look at the main domain, such as zoho.com. A name that only includes “zoho” isn’t proof.
- Be careful with urgent messages. Password-expired and payment-failed emails are common tricks.
- Never share codes. Don’t give anyone your password or verification code.
- Turn on two-step sign-in and save your backup codes.
That advice applies to this website too. The word “zoho” is in our address, but we aren’t Zoho.
